I live and breathe real estate!  My passion for the business makes it easy for me to make a full-time commitment to real estate.  This is not a part-time, weekend or evening job for me, I am a full time Realtor.   A Milwaukee native, my office is located near downtown/Walker's Point/Historic Third Ward communities.  I am State licensed and travel throughout southeastern Wisconsin to accommodate your real estate needs in 6 counties (Milwaukee, Waukesha, Washington, Ozaukee, Racine and Kenosha counties).  I will listen carefully, paying close attention to your needs and values in order to provide optimal services.  My expertise in the local markets is a prime ingredient for successful real estate negotiation and transactions.  Whether buying, selling, investing or relocating, you'll be in very capable hands.

Additionally, I offer specialized expertise, certification and training in foreclosure and investment market strategies, including discounted foreclosure acquisitions and sales, REOs, HUD homes, short sales, distressed asset liquidation and REO property management. 

  Prior to selling and managing real estate, I worked in corporate America serving in various banking and insurance roles including Asset Manager, Vault Operations, Insurance Analyst, Legal Support and Collections.  In addition to working in the for-profit arena, I have an extensive nonprofit and community service background, currently serving on local and national nonprofit Executive Boards.   

I have obtained a Bachelor's Degree (BA) in Communications and a Master of Business Administration Degree (MBA) in business management/finance.  So I am well equipped to handle your business, real estate needs by helping you achieve the maximum return on your investment.
